Job summary

Trinnex is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to act as a strategic business partner, guiding financial decisions to drive growth and profitability across the organization. You will own budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and performance reporting while collaborating with Operations and Project Accounting to ensure revenue recognition and financial controls are solid.

Strong analytical capabilities and BI/ERP experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or project accounting.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition principles and project financial management.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience partnering with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to influence decisions.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling; proficiency with Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with financial reporting, KPI development, and performance analysis.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools; familiarity with Oracle ERP.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Trinnex leadership to provide financial insights, forecasting, and strategic recommendations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and long-range planning.
• Analyze revenue, profitability, project margins, and key metrics.
• Monitor project financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and advise actions.
• Collaborate with Operations and Project Accounting on revenue recognition, contracts, and billing.
• Develop executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and management analyses.
• Support financial controls and process improvements across the business.
• Leverage Power BI, Oracle, and Excel to enhance reporting and decision-making.
