Job summary

You will analyze revenue, margins, and key metrics, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize contracts, billing, and compliance. Strong Excel and Power BI skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A, corporate finance, project accounting or a related financial role.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis skills.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition principles and project financial management.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to provide financial insights, forecasting, and recommendations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and long-range planning processes.
• Analyze financial and operational performance: revenue, profitability, project margins, resource utilization, and key metrics.
• Monitor project financial performance; identify risks and opportunities; provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Operations and Project Accounting on revenue recognition, contracts, billing, and compliance.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards, KPI reporting, analyses, and management presentations.
• Support financial controls and process improvements across the business.
• Leverage Power BI, Oracle, Excel and other enterprise systems to enhance reporting and decision-making.
