Job summary

Trinnex is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with leadership, drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, and translate data into actionable insights. You will analyze revenue, profitability, and project performance, supporting strategic decisions across the business.

You will develop dashboards and reports, collaborate with operations and project accounting, and leverage Oracle ERP, Excel, and Power BI to enhance financial planning and performance management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related FP&A, finance, or project accounting experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Understanding of revenue recognition principles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Trinnex leadership to provide financial insights, forecasting, and recommendations that support growth.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and long-range planning processes.
• Analyze financial and operational performance across revenue, margins, and KPIs.
• Monitor project financial performance, identify risks, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Operations and Project Accounting on revenue recognition, contract review, and client billing.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and management presentations.
• Support financial controls and process improvements for operational efficiency.
• Leverage Power BI, Oracle, Excel, and other systems to enhance reporting and decision-making.
