Job summary

Trinnex is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to act as a strategic business partner, guiding financial decisions to drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence. You will lead planning, forecasting, project financial management, and performance reporting across the business.

The role requires strong analytical skills, collaboration with senior leaders, and proficiency with Power BI and Oracle ERP to deliver data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• FP&A, corporate finance, project accounting or related role.
• Budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition principles and project financial management.
• Translate complex financial data into actionable business recommendations.
• Partner with leaders to influence decisions and improve performance.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling; proficient with Office.
• Experience with financial reporting and KPI development.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Proficiency with Oracle ERP or other enterprise financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial insights, forecasting, and recommendations to support strategic decisions.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and long-range planning.
• Analyze revenue, profitability, project margins, resource use, and key metrics.
• Monitor project financial performance and identify risks/opportunities with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Operations and Project Accounting on revenue recognition and compliance.
• Develop executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and management presentations.
• Support controls and process improvements for efficiency across the business.
• Leverage Power BI, Oracle ERP, Excel for reporting and automation.
