Job summary

Chiesi USA, a biopharmaceutical leader, seeks a Sr. Analyst, FP&A Operations & Enablement in Cary, NC. You will own finance systems governance, master data, and Procure-to-Pay processes, partnering with HR, IT, and Global Finance to deliver reliable insights.

You will design reports/dashboards, maintain data integrity, and drive standardization across finance operations. A strong analytical mindset and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems or related field.
• 4+ years of FP&A, finance operations, financial systems, BI, or related finance function.
• Experience with ERP planning and reporting platforms.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience developing reporting/analytics solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-improvement capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills translating business needs into operational/reporting solutions.
• Understanding of budgets, cost centers, organizational structures, and data changes.

Responsibilities

• Own finance systems governance, master data, and organizational governance for FP&A.
• Serve as SME for SAP, Board, Power BI and related applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain financial and operational reports/dashboards.
• Translate business requirements into scalable reporting, automation, and analytics tools.
• Ensure data integrity and auditability for budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Develop training materials to support reporting/self-service analytics adoption.
• Troubleshoot data issues and coordinate testing for changes.
• Lead Procure-to-Pay governance and financial operations, ensuring spend aligns with budgets.
