Job summary

Chiesi USA, a global biopharma group, seeks a Senior Analyst in Cary, NC, to own FP&A operations and enablement. You will govern finance master data, support reporting and analytics, and improve efficiency across planning, procurement, and finance systems.

You will partner with HR, Accounting, Procurement, IT, and Global Finance to ensure data accuracy, alignment, and scalable processes. The role is hybrid in Cary, NC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4+ years of FP&A, finance operations, financial systems, BI, procurement finance, or related function.
• Experience with ERP systems, planning applications, reporting platforms, or other enterprise systems.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience developing or maintaining reporting/analytics solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate business needs into solutions.
• Understanding budgets, cost centers, organizational structures, authorization authorities.

Responsibilities

• Own FP&A governance for data, reporting and organizational structures.
• Lead reporting, analytics, and BI development including SAP, Board, and Power BI.
• Oversee Procure-to-Pay governance and financial operations.
• Improve finance systems, controls, and data quality across planning, budgeting, and procurement.
• Coordinate testing, validation, and change management for system/process updates.
