BeyondTrust, Inc. is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to lead corporate planning, forecasting, and cash modeling. You will own consolidated outlooks and drive clear financial storytelling for the CEO, Board, and PE sponsors.

You will partner with Accounting, Treasury, and FP&A teams to ensure accurate, timely reporting and strong financial integrity across the three statements. This role thrives in a dynamic PE-backed SaaS environment and demands rigor and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related work.
• Experience in a PE-backed or pre-IPO B2B SaaS environment is preferred.
• Strong three-statement modeling and cash flow forecasting experience.
• Fluency in GAAP and non-GAAP reporting, with reconciliations.
• Excellent Excel and financial modeling skills with precision.

Responsibilities

• Own consolidation of forecasts and financial outlooks, delivering a cohesive company view.
• Maintain integrated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow understanding and linkages.
• Provide Board and ELT reporting and supporting analyses; prep PE sponsor reporting.
• Develop bridges between GAAP and non-GAAP results and management reporting.
• Drive monthly/quarterly cadence, enhance processes with automation and AI.
