BeyondTrust, Inc. is seeking a Manager of FP&A - Corporate Reporting & Cash to lead consolidated forecasting, cash flow modeling, and Board-level reporting. This role collaborates across FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, and the broader Office of the CFO to deliver a clear company-wide view of performance.

You will own the cash flow forecast, develop GAAP-to-non-GAAP bridges, and provide insights to improve financial performance in a fast-paced PE-backed SaaS environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5–8+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related role.
• Experience with consolidation and executive-level financial reporting.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.

Aufgaben

• Own the consolidation of company forecasts and financial outlooks into a cohesive view.
• Maintain understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow and their interrelations.
• Analyze performance, risks, opportunities, and changes in outlook; advise ELT accordingly.
• Ensure accurate, consistent consolidated reporting across FP&A and Accounting.
• Support annual planning, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Drive process improvements and automation in FP&A workflows.
