Job summary

Qualifications

• 6-9 years of FP&A experience in high-growth or PE-backed SaaS.
• Strong fluency in SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, NRR, CAC/LTV) and driver-based forecasting.
• Proven ability to build audit-ready, scalable operating models.
• Comfortable in lean, data-unclear environments with ambiguity.
• Some exposure to M&A diligence and integration modeling.
• Advanced proficiency in structured Excel or Google Sheets; SQL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-accuracy revenue and operating profit forecasts; maintain low MAE for short-term outlooks.
• Own the monthly performance package: KPI scorecards, margin bridges, variance analysis, exec recommendations.
• Build and maintain driver-based models across revenue, margin, headcount, and cash flow.
• Establish and maintain a SaaS/ARR reporting framework: NRR, cohort analysis, CAC/LTV, unit economics.
• Own the annual budgeting process; develop multi-scenario models for runway and profitability.
• Deliver scenario planning and sensitivity analyses for pricing, GTM, and headcount planning.
• Support M&A diligence and integration modeling with senior FP&A leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional leads to maintain plan integrity and headcount forecast accuracy.
