Qualifications

• 7–9 years of relevant experience in strategic finance or FP&A with integrated models
• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Proficiency in SQL and analyzing large data sets, plus strong knowledge of GSuite, Salesforce, and MS Office
• Excellent problem-solving and ability to analyze complex problems with results
• Strong communication and ability to influence cross-functional partners
• Self-starter who brings structure to ambiguous areas in a fast-moving env

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to support strategic and business decisions with financial analysis
• Design analytical rigor to measure ROI of investments in headcount and expenses
• Drive reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range plans
• Build and own models for in-depth analyses with quality and timeliness
• Define metrics and dashboards with cross-functional teams such as Data Science
• Lead continuous process improvement and reporting enhancements
