Job summary

Vasion seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to join the FP&A team and anchor revenue modeling, forecasting, and cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, and RevOps. You’ll drive annual planning, rolling forecasts, and executive narratives, influencing how top-of-funnel activity becomes ARR and GAAP revenue.

You’ll collaborate with Sales leadership and finance partners, ensure consistency in metric methodologies, and provide analytical support for deal structuring and pricing decisions.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in FP&A or related analytical finance roles with top-line exposure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Strong financial modeling skills and forecasting ability.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain revenue and sales metrics reports for leadership.
• Lead annual revenue planning and rolling forecasts with CFO.
• Analyze contracts, pricing, and revenue recognition implications.
• Partner with Sales/RevOps and Finance for cross-functional planning.
• Prepare board-ready revenue narratives and variance explanations.
