Job summary

WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to partner with business units and corporate functions, delivering financial insights and steering budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.

You will shape forward-looking models and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership. You will lead the development of financial models, dashboards, and KPIs using Excel, Power BI, and related tools, while driving cost control and process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with NetSuite/Adaptive Insights and Power BI is preferred.
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and executive-level reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal stakeholders to provide financial planning, analysis, and reporting that drives performance.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles for divisions, ensuring accuracy and alignment with targets.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and KPIs using Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Manage variance analysis and cost control, identifying opportunities for efficiency.
• Provide ad-hoc financial modeling and ROI assessments for new initiatives.
• Drive process improvements and reporting automation for FP&A deliverables.
• Prepare and present executive-level reports highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
