Job summary

WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking an FP&A Manager to serve as a strategic partner across business units, leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision-making and align with corporate goals.

You will develop forward-looking models, create dashboards with Excel and Power BI, manage variance analysis, and present executive reports. A Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting and 7+ years FP&A experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 7+ years of FP&A experience or related roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with NetSuite, Adaptive Insights and Power BI preferred.
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, KPI/dashboard reporting, and forecasting skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Experience in process improvement and reporting automation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence executive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal stakeholders to provide financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles for divisions, functions, or products.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards and KPIs using Excel, Power BI, and related tools.
• Manage variance analysis and cost control for efficiency and growth.
• Provide ad-hoc financial modeling and ROI assessments for new initiatives.
