Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A experience in a large company, preferably CRE.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or similar field.
• Commercial Real Estate experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to provide financial insights for decisions.
• Act as trusted advisor to business units, aligning financial goals with objectives.
• Develop and maintain advanced financial models for forecasting and analysis.
• Recruit and retain brokerage talent with market leaders and regional presidents.
• Provide data-driven insights to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Drive initiatives to optimize working capital, reduce costs, and enhance cash generation.
• Monitor FCF performance and identify liquidity levers.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Present financial reports, variance analyses, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Conduct cost analyses to identify savings opportunities and margins improvements.
