Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to drive financial performance and strategic decision-making across the organization. You will partner with business leaders, manage P&L, and expand free cash flow, building robust financial controls and insightful analyses.

Working with regional leaders, you will recruit and retain brokerage talent, develop advanced models, and present variance analyses to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A roles at a large company, CRE experience preferred.
• Strong FP&A, cost management, and cash flow optimization expertise.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across the organization.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytics tools proficiency.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels.
• Problem-solver who provides practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to provide financial insights.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business units aligning financial goals.
• Develop and maintain advanced financial models for planning and forecasting.
• Work with market leaders and regional presidents to recruit brokerage talent.
• Provide data-driven insights to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Drive initiatives to optimize working capital and reduce costs.
• Monitor FCF performance and identify liquidity levers.
• Engage budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Prepare and present financial reports and variance analyses.
• Conduct cost analyses to identify savings opportunities.
• Recommend strategies to improve margins and growth.
• Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets.
