Job summary

Addison Group is seeking an FP&A Manager in Somerville, MA for a 90-day contract. The role focuses on day-to-day FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and building scalable reporting. The position reports to the VP of Finance and offers growth toward leading a team.

Responsibilities include owning forecasting, developing financial models, partnering with operations, and driving data-driven decisions in a fast-growing, multi-entity environment with Oracle and Power BI expertise.

Qualifications

• Requires FP&A manager level experience with forecasting, budgeting, and modeling.
• Experience in a PE-owned environment preferred.
• Strong business partnering with operational teams.
• Advanced Power BI skills for large datasets and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Develop and enhance multi-entity financial models and cadences.
• Provide variance analysis and insights to leadership.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and translate data into action.
• Own Power BI reporting across a multi-entity environment.
• Support financial integration of new acquisitions.
