  • Own the delivery of key FP&A tasks including forecasting, budgeting, ad hoc analysis, and performance reporting on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual cadence.
  • Partner with the business and senior leaders to influence strategies through a financial lens and escalate issues when needed.
  • Drive critical process improvement initiatives across multiple areas of the business, within the team and for business customers.

We are looking for a finance manager to join our North America Store Development and Innovation Finance Team, managing the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasting, highly critical monthly/quarterly reporting, as well as ad hoc analyses and strategic business cases. Leading a team high-performing partners, this person will be responsible for the quality and accuracy of deliverables, conducting complex analyses of key performance measures to influence senior leadership decision-making and ensuring the correct controls are in place in partnership with our accounting teams.

As a finance manager, you will…
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4 finance professionals. You will set goals for the team and actively provide partners with coaching, feedback, and development opportunities.
  • Own the delivery of key FP&A tasks. You will manage the completion of forecasting, budgeting, ad hoc analysis, and performance reporting on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Partner with the business and senior leaders to influence critical strategies through a financial lens, escalating concerns or issues when necessary. Includes managing ad hoc requests and complex business cases, in addition to helping the team and business customers manage through changes in processes and ways of working.
  • Drive critical process improvement initiatives across multiple areas of the business, both within our team and for our business customers.
Basic Qualifications For This Role Are
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or professional certification (CPA/CFA) preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or business analysis.
  • Demonstrated cost management experience across multiple departments.
  • Excellent business partnering and communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders and present complex financial insights clearly to executive leadership
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to coach, manage, develop, and lead others
We'd Love To Hear From People With
  • Progressive experience in financial management including financial analysis, variance analysis, cost allocation, fact-finding or auditing, contract and price negotiation 5-7 years
  • Budgeting and forecasting 3-5 years
  • Prior management or supervision experience preferred but not required
