Job summary

WD-40 Company seeks a Finance Manager for Latin America, based in Miami, to partner with LATAM leadership and drive sales and profit growth. You will build Excel models for decision support, analyze the business, and guide optimal financial outcomes across pricing, sourcing, promotions, and investments.

You will also lead planning, forecasting, and reporting for LATAM, with some cross-border accounting and tax exposure due to regional operations, offering strong growth in finance and commercial

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience across FP&A, Supply Chain, Sales, or Marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Strong understanding of cost behavior with experience in COGS, cost modeling, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills with clear, user-friendly Excel models.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• 50% Commercial decision support and ad-hoc projects for LATAM business.
• 10% Month-end close accounting work related to intercompany COGS and markup.
• 20% Monthly internal reporting and quarter end packages.
• 15% Financial planning and forecasting activities.
• 5% Determining transfer price markups on COGS for tax considerations.
