Job summary

Via Licensing Alliance in San Francisco seeks a Senior Manager, Financial & Strategic Planning to lead forecasting, modeling, and strategic analysis. You will partner with Finance, Licensing, Business Development, and executives to translate data into actionable insights for growth and investment decisions.

The role requires strong financial acumen, experience building scalable planning tools, and the ability to manage multiple cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced technology licensing

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, strategic finance, corporate finance, or related field.
• Strong financial modeling skills including revenue forecasts, scenario analyses, and long-range planning.
• Ability to translate complex financial information into clear insights for senior leaders.
• Experience supporting annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting in a complex environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models for licensing programs including revenue, royalty, participation, distribution, cost, margin, and profitability forecasts.
• Lead annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range strategic planning processes.
• Build market-sizing and revenue models using technology adoption, unit volumes, pricing, and royalty structures.
• Conduct scenario and risk analyses to support program development and negotiations.
• Prepare executive materials and analyses communicating performance, opportunities, risks, and tradeoffs.
