FirstService Residential is seeking a Financial Manager of Client Accounting to guide budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial initiatives for residential communities. You will translate complex data into clear insights, partner with senior leaders, and serve as a trusted advisor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required; MBA highly preferred
• 5+ years’ experience as Manager or Director of Financial Planning and Analysis
• Strong leadership skills; experience in multi-unit retail/Property management preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; Great Plains/VENA desirable
• Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized

Responsibilities

• Annual budgeting, quarterly forecast and board presentations.
• Analytical, business insight support.
• Benchmarking, KPI reporting and new business analytics and support.
• Lead development of budgeting, forecasting, operating plan and modeling tools for regions.
• Prepare quarterly and monthly financial reports with analytical insight into key drivers.
• Evaluate processes to drive efficiencies and ROI in marketing, pricing/renewals, new projects.
• Develop financial models for strategic initiatives, pricing and market structure.
• Provide in-depth financial analysis to management for decision making.
