Job summary

Trinity Solar is seeking an FP&A Manager to own forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis, reporting to the CFO. Start as an individual contributor with the potential to build and lead a team as the function grows.

Compensation ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 per year, plus a 20% annual bonus potential. You will partner with senior leadership and our private equity partner to drive smarter financial planning and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, public accounting, or related finance role.
• Public accounting experience is highly desirable.
• CPA is required; MBA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages with variance analysis and insights.
• Support budgets and rolling forecasts; identify performance trends for leadership.
• Own and maintain the 13-week cash flow model; monitor liquidity and communicate risks/opportunities.
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights for decisions and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with private equity partner on financial reporting, analysis, forecasting and performance.
• Improve FP&A processes; align budgets, forecasts, and reporting with operations.
• Lead the implementation/optimization of FP&A systems and tools to automate processes.
• Grow the FP&A function from individual contributor to future leadership.
