Job summary

Radial Entertainment seeks a Manager, FP&A and Strategy to join our Finance team. You will own forecasting, performance reporting and strategic analysis to support executive leadership and our private equity sponsor.

The role partners with Accounting, Sales and Corporate Strategy to improve financial processes and evaluate growth opportunities, including new monetization and content initiatives. Hybrid work, based in the LA/NY metro area, with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in FP&A, investment banking, private equity or corporate development.
• Experience in media, entertainment, licensing, and digital distribution preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain integrated three-statement models for forecasting and reporting.
• Experience preparing executive and investor-facing materials.
• Ability to work at granular detail while focusing on strategic outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead cash flow forecasting and provide visibility into cash receipts, disbursements, working capital and liquidity.
• Support monetization efforts, including direct advertising and a direct-to-consumer app.
• Maintain detailed forecasts for revenue, margins, EBITDA and cash flow by business line.
• Coordinate with Accounting to align forecasted and reported results, revenue recognition and cash timing.
• Prepare monthly management reporting and annual budgeting inputs with schedules and risk/opportunity analysis.
• Drive FP&A process improvements and cross-functional workflows for transparency and cadence.
• Support M&A underwriting, due diligence and synergy modeling for integration planning.
• Provide analytical coverage for KPI optimization, organizational change and new opportunities.
