Qualifications

• 2+ years of FP&A experience with reporting/forecasting support.
• Strong analytical instincts with interest in the 'how' and 'why' behind numbers.
• Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, Oracle GL and Hyperion planning.
• Adaptability to shifting priorities and willingness to learn new tools.
• Collaborative mindset; works across teams to drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver FP&A support across daily, weekly, and monthly reporting cycles for Sphere Experiences (primary focus), Sponsorship & Exosphere Sales, Premium Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, and Expansion-related initiatives
• Serve as a key analytical contributor supporting two Senior Managers, with cross-functional data analysis and data integrity across all covered business areas
• Partner with the Experiences Revenue Strategy team on analytic and statistical modeling tied to ticket projections, translating model inputs into formal finance submissions, including monthly reviews, forecasts, and the annual budget
• Build scalable reporting frameworks with documentation and standardized methodologies for Sphere's expanding global footprint
• Collaborate with accounting on month-end close activities, researching variances and communicating findings
• Design, build, and refine Hyperion reporting across all business segments for monthly reporting and forecasts
• Cultivate strong relationships with Sphere's commercial partners to improve FP&A processes
• Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members on-site.
