Job summary

HYBE Americas in Santa Monica seeks a Senior Manager, FP&A to lead budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. You will partner with cross-functional leaders, manage a small team, and provide strategic insights to senior executives.

The role is full-time, hybrid with 3 days in the Santa Monica office and 2 remote. Requires 7+ years in FP&A, with entertainment industry experience preferred, and relocation if needed at your expense.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of FP&A experience with strong entertainment industry exposure.
• Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills.
• 2+ years of direct people-management experience.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional leaders and driving insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budget and monthly rolling forecasts with cross-functional inputs.
• Drive monthly/quarterly close and variance analysis from FP&A perspective.
• Develop cash flow forecasts with treasury; monitor artist advances and royalties.
• Partner with department heads to manage operating expenses and headcount planning.
• Support executive reporting and create strategic narratives for leadership.
• Collaborate with BI/Insights to build dynamic performance dashboards.
• Oversee consolidations, intercompany eliminations, and allocations.
• Improve FP&A processes and automation for scalability.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses for strategic initiatives.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing FP&A team.
