Job summary

C Spire is seeking an FP&A Manager to drive budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis for the CSB division. You will partner with senior leadership to steer growth, analyze cost structure, and provide insights for strategic decisions across markets.

The role offers exposure to high-visibility projects and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced technology environment. Responsibilities include modeling, investment analysis, and developing reporting for executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, business administration or similar field.
• 5+ years of corporate finance, financial analysis or data analytics experience.
• Experience managing direct reports and interfacing with senior management.
• Proven financial modeling, data analysis, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Model key assumptions for customers and markets including pricing and cost drivers.
• Prepare financial analysis on inorganic investment opportunities.
• Create business cases for new capabilities with strategic/financial value.
• Benchmark operational and financial results across lines, markets, competitors.
• Identify revenue-generating and expense-reduction initiatives and plans.
• Serve as trusted advisor to CSB leadership for process improvements.
• Prepare profitability and cash flow budgets/forecasts for CSB.
• Develop management/board/lender reporting; support FP&A team.
