Job summary

CFS in Orlando, FL is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and performance analysis across multiple operating units. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, accounting, or business finance.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling proficiency.
• Ability to present financial insights to both finance and non‑finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and projection activities for assigned business units.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reporting packages and performance dashboards.
• Analyze financial results and communicate trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Build and enhance financial models to support strategic planning and scenario analysis.
• Review departmental budget requests and partner with leaders on financial decisions.
• Evaluate revenue and margin performance, including pricing changes and business shifts.
• Assist with audit support and preparation of financial documentation.
• Participate in systems optimization and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate across accounting, operations, and leadership teams.
