Job summary

Spire is seeking an experienced Senior FP&A Analyst to partner with CFO and G&A leaders, manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow, and support investor relations activities. This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven insights, and effective communication across executive audiences.

The position requires strong FP&A background, GAAP knowledge, and proficiency with Excel/PowerPoint, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring three days in the office weekly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of FP&A or finance experience with increasing scope.
• Bachelor's degree with finance concentration; CPA or MBA preferred.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with G&A leaders and CFO on forecasting and reporting.
• Own monthly close process and variance analyses.
• Develop annual budgets and in-year reforecasts.
• Maintain global headcount tracking and headcount reporting.
• Manage weekly cash forecasting and liquidity data sources.
• Prepare materials for Board/investor meetings and earnings calls.
• Collaborate across functions to align on hiring and strategy.
