Job summary

Igloo Products Corp., now part of Dometic, seeks a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to drive budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. You will consolidate results, build financial models, and deliver insights across sales, marketing, product development, and ecommerce, partnering with operations to support growth.

The role reports to the CFO and requires leadership in a manufacturing environment with strong Excel skills and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Finance.
• Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience.
• Manufacturing experience and consumer product experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process with cross-functional input.
• Create and maintain pro forma financials and build financial models.
• Consolidate monthly/quarterly results across locations and report variances.
• Develop and deploy KPI reporting and dashboards for Leadership.
• Provide financial analysis to Sales, Marketing and Product Development teams.
• Support Ecommerce profitability analyses and freight cost analysis.
