Igloo Products Corp. seeks a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to consolidate, report and analyze segment results, driving profitability and strategic insights.

You will partner with operations and sales to forecast, budget and model financial outcomes, reporting to the CFO and coordinating with divisional controllers. The role requires leadership, strong Excel skills, and experience in manufacturing/consumer products to deliver timely, accurate financial analysis and guidance for strategic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive Finance experience.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience.
• Manufacturing and consumer product experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily/weekly/monthly reporting, consolidations, and variance explanations.
• Own budgeting process, pro formas, forecasts and re-forecasts.
• Provide financial analysis to Sales, Marketing and Product Development; support ecommerce profitability.
• Implement and manage strategy reporting with KPI dashboards.
