Job summary

ABC Fitness seeks a Manager of FP&A to lead enterprise reporting, planning, and analytics across the organization. You will consolidate financials, prepare board materials, and partner with executives to drive data-driven decisions.

You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, leveraging Workday Adaptive Planning and ERP integrations to enable scalable growth and accurate insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally in a SaaS/tech setting.
• Experience with financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, and board materials.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Adaptive Planning and data integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise financial consolidation across units and geographies, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Own monthly/quarterly/annual reporting packages for executive leadership and the Board.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes enterprise-wide.
• Provide strategic financial analysis and scenario modeling for growth and efficiency.
