Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience.
• Experience in SaaS, software, technology, or recurring revenue businesses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Build and maintain complex financial models to support initiatives.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for execs and PE stakeholders.
• Perform variance analysis with actionable recommendations.
• Partner with department leaders on budgeting, investments, and forecast accuracy.
• Develop executive dashboards and KPIs across revenue, margins, and cash flow.
• Support pricing analysis, business cases, and M&A due diligence.
• Collaborate with Accounting during month-end close for accuracy.
• Drive process improvements through automation and reporting enhancements.
