Job summary

Premier Truck Rental is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, FP&A and Strategy to lead weekly KPI reporting, longer-term financial planning, and executive-level insights. You will partner with senior leadership to translate data into strategic actions and drive performance across the organization.

The role emphasizes hands-on financial leadership, budgeting, forecasting, and improving reporting processes to support growth and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 7–10 years of FP&A, financial analysis, or a related field.
• Experience supporting executive reporting, KPI reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent executive communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex financial information.
• Ability to translate financial and operational data into practical business recommendations and strategic insights.
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Advanced Excel, financial modeling, and executive reporting skills.
• Experience managing, mentoring, or developing finance professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly KPI reporting, including dashboards, executive summaries, and trend analysis.
• Support monthly and quarterly executive reporting packages with results and insights.
• Collaborate with senior leadership for executive reviews and board materials.
• Own long-range planning, financial modeling, and scenario planning.
• Analyze performance vs budget/forecast and communicate drivers and actions.
• Develop corporate financial models for forecasting and budgeting.
• Coordinate with finance partners for consolidated enterprise reporting.
• Support strategic initiatives with ad hoc analyses and business cases.
• Improve planning, reporting, forecasting, and executive communication processes.
• Partner with IT to improve KPI definitions, automation, and data integrity.
