Job summary

Mobile Air & Power Rentals is hiring a Regional Controller to lead accounting for the region, including revenue recognition, internal controls, FP&A, and reporting. You will partner with regional sales and operations to ensure accurate financial results for a ~$50 million revenue base.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting with 5–7 years of experience, CPA/MBA preferred, and strong Excel, Infor, Phocas knowledge. This is a full-time on-site position with bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with 5-7 years of accounting experience.
• CPA, MBA, or CPA eligible (preferred).
• Knowledge of inventory management, fixed assets, forecasting, budgeting, internal controls, and capital investment evaluation.
• Strong PC skills (MS Office, Infor, Phocas preferred).
• Ability to work with all levels in the organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a business partner to regional sales and operations teams.
• Analyze key financial information and report results to leadership.
• Provide accounting support for GAAP, internal controls, and revenue recognition.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and annual planning.
• Support audits and ensure procedures safeguard assets.
• Maintain capital expenditures and fixed assets records.
• Review cost centers and help meet utilization and pricing goals.
