Job summary

Premier Truck Rental is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to act as a key finance partner across operations and administration. You will drive monthly reports, budgets, and forecasts, and provide insight to leaders on labor, headcount, and controllable expenses.

This role emphasizes proactive forecasting, scenario modeling, and actionable business recommendations. The ideal candidate brings deep FP&A experience, advanced Excel skills, and a track record of mentoring finance professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive FP&A/finance experience.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate financial information into practical business recommendations.
• Experience mentoring finance professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly KPI reporting, monthly financial reporting, and annual budgeting for assigned focus areas.
• Serve as primary finance business partner to operational and functional leaders.
• Provide financial analysis and decision support related to performance, labor, headcount, and expenses.
• Analyze actual vs budget/forecast and communicate drivers and actions clearly.
• Identify risks, cost pressures, and opportunities within areas of responsibility.
• Own FP&A processes for headcount, labor costs, and sales commissions.
