Job summary

RWE Americas, LLC is seeking a Corporate Controlling Manager to lead planning cycles, deliver executive-level analysis, and ensure data integrity across planning, forecast, and actuals. The role partners with Group and Local Controlling to drive standardized processes and actionable insights.

The position requires deep FP&A expertise, strong Excel/SAP/Power BI skills, and the ability to translate financial results into strategic recommendations for senior management.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Business required
• Minimum 8 years of FP&A/Controlling experience
• Renewable energy sector experience preferred
• Strong Excel, SAP, PowerPoint, Power BI, SAC skills

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned Corporate Controlling planning cycles (forecasts, MTP/LTP, risks & opportunities)
• Own P&L, Net Debt, cash flow KPI reporting and variance commentary
• Prepare executive materials and narrations for SLT/ELT and Group
• Coordinate cross-functional reporting standards across actuals, forecasts and planning
• Design and maintain Excel models, dashboards, and planning templates
• Develop insights for performance optimization, investments, and portfolio decisions
• Provide ad hoc analysis and data integrity improvements
