Job summary

RWE Americas, LLC is seeking a Corporate Controlling Manager to lead Consolidated Planning & Risk, owning planning cycles, forecasting, and risk reporting. You will drive data integrity, standardization, and cross-functional alignment across actuals, forecasts, and planning, delivering executive-ready analyses.

You will design models, dashboards, and reporting tools while collaborating with Group, Finance, and business stakeholders to translate financial results into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Business is required
• Advanced degree is a plus but not required
• Minimum 8 years of FP&A, Accounting, Controlling, or related finance experience
• Renewable energy sector experience is preferred
• Expert understanding of Corporate FP&A processes and interdependencies across actuals, forecasts, P/L, balance sheet, cash flow, and KPIs
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and mentor staff without direct people management
• Strong executive-ready reporting, dashboards, and visual storytelling skills
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, SAP, PowerPoint, Power BI, SAC and planning/reporting tools

Responsibilities

• Lead Corporate Controlling planning cycles including forecasts, MTP/LTP, risks and opportunities
• Own reporting and analysis for P&L, Net Debt, cash flow KPIs and variance commentary
• Prepare materials for senior management with clear financial narratives
• Align reporting standards across groups and stakeholders
• Design and maintain Excel models, planning templates, dashboards and tools
• Provide analysis to support performance, cost optimization, investments and portfolio decisions
• Support ad hoc analysis, transparency requests, and cross-functional projects
• Identify opportunities to improve automation, governance, and data integrity in reporting
