RWE Americas, LLC is seeking a Sr Investments Controlling Associate – Development FP&A in Chicago to help manage a large-scale growth plan with €17 billion of planned investment over the next six years, delivering disciplined financial leadership for major capital investments.

You will partner with Development leadership, Finance, and senior management to translate development pipeline activity into forward-looking insights that drive capital allocation decisions and performance dialogues across

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Business required.
• Minimum 4 years in accounting, controlling, FP&A, or related fields.
• Experience in renewable energy or capital-intensive industries preferred.
• Strong SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, and Power BI skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and deadline-driven work style.
• Detail-oriented with solid business acumen and IFRS knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and reporting for development projects and senior management.
• Provide controlling support for Solar, Energy Storage, and Onshore Wind.
• Prepare monthly project reporting, accruals, and cost analyses.
• Create materials for meetings with senior management and the board.
• Coordinate financial impacts across the business with the team.
• Support process improvements, standardization, and automation.
