FirstService Residential seeks a Financial Manager of Client Accounting to guide financial success across residential communities. You’ll translate complex data into clear insights, lead budgeting and forecasting, and act as a trusted advisor to clients and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required; MBA highly preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience as Manager or Director of Financial Planning and Analysis.
• Strong leadership skills; experience in multi-unit retail/property management preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Great Plains/VENA desirable.
• Highest standards of accuracy, highly organized, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to think creatively, be driven, and work hands-on with the team.

Responsibilities

• Annual budgeting, quarterly forecast, and board presentations.
• Analytical, business insight support and KPI reporting.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, operating plan, and modeling tools for East and NYC regions.
• Produce monthly/quarterly financial reports with insights into key drivers.
• Evaluate processes to drive efficiencies and ROI across marketing, pricing, renewals, and projects.
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and pricing decisions.
• Provide in-depth analysis to senior management and department heads.
