Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Client Financial Business Partner to lead financial reviews, drive client retention, and oversee budgeting for multiple properties. You will act as liaison between property management, GSS, and clients, delivering expert financial analysis and ensuring accurate reporting.

The role requires extensive accounting knowledge, CPA preference, and strong communication with internal and external stakeholders to optimize operations and elevate client service.

Qualifications

• Proven senior accounting or financial analysis experience.
• Strong reporting and presentation skills.
• Experience with month-end closing in large multi-entity setups.
• Knowledge of fund accounting and management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reviews and client accounting services within territory.
• Prepare special assessments from concept to billing and budgets.
• Collaborate with operations to review financial statements and variances.
• Provide financial education to clients and ensure accurate reconciliations.
• Interface with external auditors and support client audits.
• Lead annual property budget preparation and delivery.
