Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• 8+ years of FP&A experience with business partnerships.
• Excellent financial modeling, and proficiency in Excel, G-Sheets, Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budget and ongoing reforecasting cycles.
• Partner with business units and stakeholders for financial leadership.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide commentary on performance to senior management.
• Develop and maintain financial models supporting strategic planning and decisions.
• Prepare and summarize business results for quarterly reviews and executive leadership.
• Identify and implement improvements to financial systems and processes to drive automation.
• Mentor FP&A team members and drive cross-learning initiatives.
• Support system enhancement projects and portfolio analyses.
