Job summary

Sila, a next-generation battery materials company, is seeking an FP&A Business Partner to provide financial leadership and support to our business units. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, translating complex data into actionable insights and partnering with stakeholders across the Alameda campus.

The ideal candidate has 3–7 years of FP&A experience, strong communication skills, and a track record in strategic financial decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3-7 years of experience in an FP&A role with strong financial operations experience.
• Proven experience in financial modeling, analysis, and presenting financial information.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with stakeholders.
• Experience with data analysis and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
• CPA or MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively partner with business units and stakeholders to understand financial needs and build relationships.
• Provide budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, translating data into actionable insights.
• Contribute to financial strategy development and implementation aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and implement data visualization for communicating financial information.
• Lead annual budgeting and ongoing reforecasting processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models for strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
