Job summary

Envision Radiology in Tulsa, OK seeks a Financial Analyst – FP&A to own enterprise budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning and strategic analysis. You will partner with executives and operations to enable value creation and proactive decision making.

The role requires 3+ years in FP&A or finance, advanced Excel and financial modeling, and experience with Planful or Sage Intacct. Healthcare finance exposure is a plus. Mon-Fri, 8-5.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Envision Radiology, a 100% ESOP-owned company, seeks a Financial Analyst – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join the team!

Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Position Pay Range: $57,760 - $72,200

Opportunity for an additional, discretionary bonus available

Summary/Objective

The Financial Analyst – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is responsible for enterprise financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, long‑range planning, and strategic analysis. This position partners with executive leadership and operational teams to support enterprise planning, decision‑making, and value creation.

Essential Functions

• Supports the timely and accurate preparation of financial budgets, forecasts, and other financial analyses.
• Owns and maintains the long‑range financial planning model.
• Develops and maintains enterprise cash flow forecasts.
• Conducts enterprise revenue analysis and identifies key trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Builds financial models supporting strategic initiatives, new business opportunities, and operational improvements.
• Partners with Development and Operations on de novo and strategic growth analyses.
• Prepares executive‑level financial analyses and presentations.
• Contributes to acquisition integration and value creation initiatives as assigned.
• Analyzes financial and operational performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborates cross‑functionally to support planning and decision‑making.
• Promotes FP&A best practices.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

Job Qualifications/Experience:

• 3+ years of progressive FP&A, Finance, or Accounting experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting.
• Experience with Planful, Sage Intacct, or similar systems preferred.
• Healthcare finance experience preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and business partnership skills.

Education/Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required. MBA and/or CPA preferred.
