Ethos is seeking experienced corporate finance managers to help train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. Remote, flexible engagement at $100/hour with 5–20 hours per week, ASAP start, and strong focus on forecasting, variance analysis, and board-ready reporting.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance, expert document/spreadsheet/slide craftsmanship, and stellar written communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance building rolling forecasts, variance bridges, and driver-based operating models.
• Experience producing board-ready P&L decks and monthly flux memo.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Train AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents and dashboards across core workflows.
• Develop rolling forecast models, variance bridges, and driver-based operating models.
• Produce board-ready P&L decks and monthly flux commentary memos.
