Job summary

Ethos is seeking seasoned FP&A professionals to help train our language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role focuses on rolling forecasts, variance bridges, and driver-based models, producing board-ready P&L decks and monthly memos.

Strong document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication are essential. This is a flexible, remote engagement offering about 5–20 hours per week (or more if desired), starting ASAP.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance building rolling forecasts, variance bridges, and driver-based operating models.
• Proven ability to produce board-ready P&L decks and monthly flux memos.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication and attention to detail.
