Job summary

Ethos is a remote role focusing on FP&A leadership to support training of AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will build forecasts and financial models for rolling forecasts, variance bridges, and driver-based operating models.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance, with a proven ability to produce board-ready P&L decks and timely flux memos, and exceptional document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance building rolling forecasts, variance bridges, and driver-based operating models.
• Track record of producing board-ready P&L decks and monthly flux memo reports.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication.
