Job summary

Meta seeks a senior Corporate FP&A Manager to own end‑to‑end financial planning and analysis across headcount, OPEX and capital investments. You will partner with cross‑functional teams, deliver insights to executives, and help shape AI‑driven FP&A processes in a dynamic, high‑growth environment.

You’ll drive annual budgets, multi‑year plans, and ad hoc strategic projects while reporting to the Strategic Corporate FP&A Director, influencing decisions across Meta’s Finance organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of finance or financial planning and analysis experience.
• Experience with financial statement analysis and corporate finance concepts.
• Experience with Google Suite is not required for this role; focus on FP&A and cross‑functional partnering.

Responsibilities

• Provide executives with insights into drivers of growth, risks, and opportunities.
• Support budget/annual planning, long range planning, forecasts, and quarterly close.
• Consolidate and analyze P&L, balance sheet and cash flow, and prepare internal/external reports.
• Assist with leadership presentations, narratives, and key analyses.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration to drive scalable analyses and AI‑driven FP&A workflows.
• Redesign FP&A processes for an AI‑native operating model.
