Qualifications

• 3+ years in Corporate Finance, FP&A, or Investment Banking in a high-growth tech environment
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP/EPM systems
• Solid GAAP knowledge and ability to analyze unit economics across multiple business lines
• Experience using AI/data tools to accelerate modeling and automate reporting
• Ability to translate data into executive storytelling and actionable insights
• Proactive with multiple high-priority deliverables under tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting cycles
• Perform variance analyses to explain the why behind the numbers
• Build dynamic financial models for capital allocation and long-range planning
• Advise business units on financial performance and enterprise impact
• Manage OpEx and headcount with profitability alignment
• Prepare board-ready reporting packages and management dashboards
• Maintain data integrity as the single source of truth and refine workflows
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and document SOPs
