Job summary

Meta Superintelligence Labs seeks a Finance Manager to support planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for the organization. You will build partnerships with the Leadership Team and cross-functional partners to drive ROI frameworks and resource allocation decisions.

You will manage day-to-day budget processes, analyze investments, and influence strategic direction with data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

9+ years of experience in FP&A, business strategy or analytics.
BA/BS in Business, Economics, Accounting or equivalent.
Experience in headcount planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
Experience synthesizing strategic insights and problem solving.
Experience communicating, influencing, and relationship building with business leaders.
Experience independently managing workstreams, maintaining accuracy in financial deliverables, and tracking detailed budgets and forecasts.

Responsibilities

Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning for the Meta Superintelligence Labs.
Create partnerships and own relationships with the Leadership Team and cross-functional partners.
Drive return on investment and impact frameworks across investment areas.
Own day-to-day budget management and related tasks.
Help define scalable financial processes.
