Job summary

CorMedix Therapeutics is seeking an Executive Director, Finance to lead FP&A, develop enterprise financial models, and partner with the CFO on strategic initiatives. You will oversee forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning while driving financial performance across the organization.

The role requires senior-level financial leadership, a strong modeling background, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to support growth and capital initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 12–15 years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A, corporate development, or related areas.
• Deep expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, valuation, and investment analysis.
• Experience presenting analyses to senior management and Boards.
• MBA and/or CPA designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A including budgeting, long-range planning, quarterly forecasting, cash flow forecasting, and management reporting.
• Develop financial models, KPIs, dashboards, and analyses to support executive decision-making.
• Partner with department leaders to evaluate performance, identify risks and opportunities, and optimize resource allocation.
• Lead financial analyses for mergers and acquisitions, licensing, investments, divestitures, and strategic transactions.
• Coach and grow a finance team and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Prepare financial presentations and materials for the Board and Audit Committee.
