Golden State Foods, a leading food service supplier, seeks a Manager, FP&A to partner with manufacturing and supply chain leadership, delivering budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and operational analysis to improve profitability and working capital.

You will lead P&L analysis, develop financial models, and present insights to senior leaders, collaborating with Plant Operations, Cost Accounting, and Corporate Finance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 6-10 years of FP&A, manufacturing finance, or related experience.
• Experience with manufacturing, food production, or high-volume operations preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and drivers; advanced modeling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop financial models, reporting tools, and analytical frameworks to understand performance.
• Prepare and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial packages for leadership.
• Lead annual budget, quarterly forecast, and long-range planning processes.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and functional leaders to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Translate operational metrics into financial implications and actionable recommendations.
• Drive FP&A process improvements and monitoring of KPIs.
